حيث ارتفعت قيمة التداول عن جلسة يوم الثلاثاء 20/09/2011
ارتفع مؤشر سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية بمقدار 19.76 نقطة عن الجلسة الماضية حيث أغلق على قيمة 927.12 وبنسبة تغير موجبة قدرها 2.18%.

وكانت أسهم الشركات المدرجة من حيث قيمة التداولات مرتبة على الشكل التالي:

1- المصرف الدولي للتجارة و التمويل IBTF: تم تداول 40,900 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية 5,828,250.00 ليرة سورية من خلال 18 صفقة. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 142.50 ل.س مرتفعاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 4.87%.

2- البنك العربي - سورية ARBS: تم تداول 3,784 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 2,091,684.50 ليرة سورية من خلال 28 صفقة. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 552.77 ل.س مرتفعاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 1.15%.

3- الشركة الأهلية للزيوت النباتية AVOC: تم تداول 3,320 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 1,551,950.00 ليرة سورية من خلال 31 صفقة. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 467.45 ل.س منخفضاً عن القيمة السوقية التي أغلق عليها في جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة -0.70%.

4-بنك قطر الوطني – سوريةQNBS : تم تداول 4,000 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية 1,374,000.00 ليرة سورية موزعة على 3 صفقات. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 343.50 ل.س مرتفعاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 5.00%.

5- فرنسبنك - سورية FSBS: تم تداول 1,530 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 841,500.00 ليرة سورية من خلال 9 صفقات. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 550.00 ل.س منخفضاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة -2.00%.

6- بنك سورية الدولي الإسلامي SIIB: تم تداول 6,050 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية 611,050.00 ليرة سورية موزعة على 4 صفقات. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 101.00 ل.س مرتفعاً عن القيمة السوقية التي أغلق عليها في جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 4.80%.

7- بنك بيبلوس - سورية BBS: تم تداول 500 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 373,750.00 ليرة سورية من خلال صفقتين. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 747.50 ل.س منخفضاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة -1.97%.

8- بنك بيمو السعودي الفرنسي BBSF: تم تداول 414 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 311,121.00 ليرة سورية من خلال 4 صفقات. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 751.50 ل.س مرتفعاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 4.96%.

9- بنك سورية والخليج SGB: تم تداول 2,466 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 215,158.50 ليرة سورية من خلال صفقة واحدة. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 87.25 ل.س مرتفعاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 4.94%.

10- بنك سورية والمهجر - BSO: تم تداول 222 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 176,268.00 ليرة سورية من خلال صفقتين. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 794.00 ل.س مرتفعاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 4.96%.

11- بنك الأردن - سورية BOJS: تم تداول 1,088 سهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 100,368.00 ليرة سورية من خلال 3 صفقات. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 92.25 ل.س مرتفعاً عن سعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة بنسبة 4.83%.

12- بنك عوده - سورية BASY: تم تداول 10 أسهم بقيمة تداول إجمالية قدرها 15,480.00 ليرة سورية من خلال صفقة واحدة. ليغلق سهمه على سعر 1,579.00 ل.س مساوياً لسعر إغلاق جلسة التداول السابقة.

ولم تتم أي صفقة علىكل من الشركة الأهلية للنقل، آروب للتأمين، الهندسية الزراعية للاستثمارات-نماء، الشركة الوطنية للتأمين، شركة الاتحاد التعاوني للتأمين – سولدارتي للتأمين،بنك الشرق-سورية، المجموعة المتحدة للنشر والتسويق والإعلان، الشركة المتحدة للتأمين.

إطلاق شاشة التوقعات وآلية عملها ... سيرياستوكس

شاشة توقعات المستثمرين في البورصة السورية
هي عبارة عن جدول يحتوي على أسماء الأسهم المدرجة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية ، وبجانب كل شركة يوجد ثلاثة خيارات( صاعد - هابط - أفقي ) وعلى شكل أسهم للتسهيل

آلية عمل الشاشة :
- تتم عملية التصويت من قبل المستثمرين الأعضاء والزوار لسيرياستوكس .
- يتم الاختيار بالضغط على السهم المتوقع له الاتجاه ، وستعمل تلقائياً .
- يمكن لأي مشترك اختيار الأسهم التي يريد ولا يشترط اختيار جميع الأسهم .
- المشاركة في التوقع لكل جلسة تتم مرة واحدة في جلسة التدوال وعند تحديث الصفحة يتم تحديث النتائج فقط .
- تفتح شاشة التوقعات الجلسة التالية كل يوم الساعة الخامسة مساءً ، وتفتح يوم الخميس جلسة الأحد مباشرة دون المروو بيومي " الجمعة والسبت " .

ما يميز آلية الشاشة كونها تقوم بتلوين الأسهم حسب أعلى نسبة تم التصويت عليها ، وبالتالي على المستثمرين النظر الى لون السهم لمعرفة النتيجة ولا داعي للتدقيق في الأرقام لسهولة التقاط اللون .

- في حال تم التصويت لسهم معين وكانت نتيجة التصويت ( 3-3-3 ) فسوق يبقى لون السهم (أورانج ) وكذلك في حال كانت النتيجة متعادلة لسهمين فقط ( 4-4-0) .

ملاحظة : في حال قمت بالضغط على رمز السهم فاختفى ولم تظهر النتيجة عليك بتحديث الصفحة فإن النتيجة قد سجلت في قاعدة البيانات ولكن بطئ النت أحيانا يسبب ذلك كون التقينة المتبعة هي ( الأجاكس ) .

سوف تجد رز أعلى المنتدى ويظهر بكل الصفحات لتفتح الشاشة بالضغط عليه ، حيث سوف تكون مترافقة مع شاشة الأسعار للسوق بالشكل وطريقة العرض .

ميزات هذه الخدمة :
- إن ما يميز هذه الخدمة هي الاستقراء أي ما يسمى بالاستقصاء لشعور المستثمرين في البورصة ، حيث هذه الشاشة ونشرها لجميع المستثمرين سوف تساعدك على معرفة آراء وحدس المستثمرين لدى كل سهم على حدا ، ولو استطاع كل مستثمر ومضارب في البورصة معرفة آراء العام لما وقع في حيرة الاستثمار أو القرار .

- شاشة التوقعات في سيرياستوكس سوف تكون مقصداً للجميع ( خبراء و مبتدئين ) فالخبير يريد رأي يؤيده والمبتدئ يريد معرفة رأي الخبير ... والنتيجة في شاشة التوقعات وألوانها .

- في حال أنك جمعت جميع المستثمرين وهذا أمر مخالف واتفقت معهم على شراء سهم معين في جلسة واحدة سوف يؤدي ذلك الاتفاق الى ارتفاع السهم ، فما بالك لو قرأت ما يدور في خاطرهم من خلال الشاشة ودون اللجوء الى التلاعب ؟؟

المادة – 35–

أ‌. في حال كانت الورقة المالية المطلوبة على الحد الأعلى، ولا يوجد أية أوامر على الطرف المقابل وبقيت هذه الأوامر تحسب أو جزء منها مطلوبة فياليوم التالي، فيتم اعتماد أفضل سعر على ذلك الطرف كسعر مرجعي تحسب عبى أساسه الحدود السعرية لليوم التالي.

وذلك وفقاً للشروط التالية:
1. عدم تنفيذ أية صفقات على نفس الورقة المالية خلال ثلاث جلسات متتالية تؤثر على السعر المرجعي.

2. أن تكون الأوامر المدخلة على نظام التداول الالكتروني عائدة لعشر مستثمرين على الأقل، ليس لهم علاقة بالشركة المدرجة أو شركة الخدمات والوساطة المالية.[4]/[5]

ب. في حال كانت الورقة المالية معروضة على الحد الأدنى، ولا يوجد أية أوامر على الطرف المقابل وبقيت هذه الأوامر أو جزء معروضة حتى اليوم التالي، فيتم اعتماد أدنى سعر على ذلك الطرف كسعر مرجعي تحسب على أساسه الحدود السعرية لليوم التالي. [6]

[3] وبالنسبة للفقرة "أ" من المادة /35/ وفق قرار مجلس الإدارة رقم /486/ الصادر بتاريخ 29/10/2009 تبقى مجمدة ولا تفعل إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة الهيئة والتي نصها:
" أ. في حال كانت الورقة المالية المطلوبة على الحد الأعلى، ولا يوجد أية أوامر على الطرف المقابل وبقيت هذه الأوامر تحسب أو جزء منها مطلوبة فياليوم التالي، فيتم اعتماد أفضل سعر على ذلك الطرف كسعر مرجعي تحسب عبى أساسه الحدود السعرية لليوم التالي."

[5]عدلت المادة/35/ وفق التعديل الوارد بقرار مجلس الإدارة رقم /696/ الصادر بتاريخ 23/06/2011 وقد كان نصها:

[6] تم تفعيل الفقرة /ب/ من المادة/ 35/ وفق التعديل الوارد بقرار مجلس الإدارة رقم /486/ الصادر بتاريخ 29/10/2009 وقد كان نصها:

" في حال كانت الورقة المالية معروضة على الحد الأدنى، ولا يوجد أية أوامر على الطرف المقابل وبقيت هذه الأوامر أو جزء معروضة حتى اليوم التالي، فيتم اعتماد أدنى سعر على ذلك الطرف كسعر مرجعي تحسب على أساسه الحدود السعرية لليوم التالي."

5عدلت المادة/35/ وفق التعديل الوارد بقرار مجلس الإدارة رقم /463/ الصادر بتاريخ 10/09/2009 وقد كان نصها:

"في حال كانت الورقة المالية مطلوبة على الحد الأعلى، ولا يوجد أية أوامر على الطرف المقابل وبقيت هذه الأوامر أو جزء منها مطلوبة في اليوم التالي، فيتم اعتماد أفضل سعر على ذلك الطرف كسعر مرجعي تحسب على أساسه الحدود السعرية."

مجلس الوزراء يقر مشروع قانون إحداث الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار والتعليمات التنفيذية لقانون الانتخابات العامة

أقر مجلس الوزراء بجلسته التي عقدها اليوم برئاسة الدكتور عادل سفر رئيس المجلس مشروع القانون المتضمن احداث محفظة استثمارية تسمى "الصندوق الوطني للاستثمار" وذلك للمساهمة في استقرار السوق المالية وتشجيع الاستثمارات وتحقيق عوائد ربحية للمساهمين عن طريق تنويع الاستثمارات المالية.
