استفسار حول الوكالة العامة

نظم لي أخي المقيم في فرنسا وكالة عامة منذ حزيران عام 2004 وأنا مضطر لاستخدامها الآن .. هل أستطيع ذلك ؟ طبعاً أنا أعلم أن صلاحية الوكالة العامة لا تنتهي إلا بالوفاة أو فقدان الأهلية. ولكن هل صحيح أنهى تعتبر ملغاة إذا مضى عليها عشر سنوات دون استخدام؟؟ علماً أني لم أستخدمها منذ تاريخ تنظيمها..

تبقى وكالة شقيقك سارية المفعول وصالحه لمباشرة اي عمل او اجراء مهما امتد بها الزمن..
